Halbach Array thingiverse

Halbach Array

thingiverse electromechtro 1707725 Free

This is a Halbach Array Ring I laid out in Solid Works to hold 1/4 cube magnets. It worked out really well and you can see from the images of the magnetic film that the field turned out the way it was supposed to. I saw some machined out of aluminum and did not want to spend the money just to play around with it.
Unfortunately I can't tell you much about the settings because my friend printed it on his Ultimaker 2 over a year ago, before I had my MK2.
I do know that he was using ColorFab XT and a setting of .06.
